The value when measuring the KEYENCE standard target (ceramic) in the standard mode. When the

sampling rate is 20 µs, the value becomes –230 (NEAR side) to –250 mm (NEAR side) at the time of the

diffuse reﬂection, and –230 (NEAR side) to –249 mm (NEAR side) at the time of the specular reﬂection.

When the sampling rate is 50 µs, the value becomes –125 (NEAR side) to –250 mm (NEAR side) at the time

of the diffuse reﬂection, and –125 (NEAR side) to –249 mm (NEAR side) at the time of the specular

reﬂection.
