Functions
The following section provides information on I/O signal functions. For the arrangement of
each terminal, refer to pages 6-2 and 6-4.
■ Alarm Output

Turns ON when an error is detected. (Normally closed)
■ Comparator Output

5-level comparator
output (HH, HI, GO,
LO, LL)
Turns ON according to the result of the preset
tolerances. This output can be set to NO (normally
open) or NC (normally closed) type.
WAITING output Turns ON when the workpiece is not in the
measuring area or the LS-7000 Series is awaiting
comparator output. This output can be set to NO
(normally open) or NC (normally closed) type.
STROBE output
Turns ON in synchronization with the determined
result of the comparator output. This output is used
for STROBE BCD output as well.

■ Auto Zero Input
