Slide the [PROG/RUN] switch on the side of the console to

display the settings screen (screen 1).

Select “Measure set” on the setting screen (screen 1).

Press the [ENTER] key on the console to select the item.

Select “OUT1” on screen 2

Select “Measurement type” on screen 3. The

pull-down menu appears.

Select the measurement item according to the

measurement target.

Set the area and measurement content according to

the measurement type.

(For details, see “Area setting” on the next page.)

* For detailed settings for each mode, see User’s Manual P5-39.

This sets the detailed measurement contents, such as “Diameter measurement”, “Step height measurement”

for measured images.

Up to 16 types can be measured/evaluated per 1 measurement.
